You can find purchased books in your library here

Sometimes a book may not show up in your library straight away. When this happens you just need to refresh the webpage, or clear the cache. To do this:

Refresh the webpage:
First go to your library here. Now you can either swipe down from the top of the browser, or hit the refresh button also at the top of your browser - this will refresh the page and now your book should be visable.

If the above doesn't resolve the problem, then you may need to 'clear the cache'.

Clearing the cache:
(Using Chrome) To do this, go to your browser settings, and hit the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and click 'Settings' > 'Privacy & security' > 'Clear browsing data'. Make sure the tick box for 'Cached images & files' is selected then hit 'Clear data'. Once this is done. Go to your library in Cookt here and your book should now be available. Note you may need to log back in.

(using Safari) Go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Once this is done. Go to your library in Cookt here and your book should now be available. Note you may need to log back in.
